Are you considering working from home? There are a number of important and key factors and things to consider before joining a home based business.

Most home business opportunities seem great on the surface .. and have alot of hype, buildup, and buzz going about them .. it is YOUR job to sort through all of this mess, considering the good, the bad, and the ugly, if you will.

Business Opportunities of 2007 may seem great, but it is a fact that most will not be around in 2008-2009 because of improper management, design, and timing. That is why it is very important that you tell yourself right up front, what to expect and what you want to deal with. Some people dont mind "quick hitters" and make the money quickly and get out to the next business opportunity .. but that is not most people .. most people want that long term, residual income that gives us the financial and personal freedom that a home based business can give us!

1.) Look at the company history and that will tell you alot about the business opportunity they present to us .. is it listed with the BBB, it is older than a year or two, how are company sales? How is the management team, are they strict on their policies and procedures (some may think this is bad but it also means that they are strict and active).

2.) What are their products? Does the business opportunity product or service create demand? Or who is going to want this product or service .. and will that MASS people really want this type of business. Home based businesses are a dime a dozen .. it is your job to find something that you are passionate about and would be EXCITED to learn more and promote.

For example, say you joined a health business opportunity .. lets say Eniva .. but you were not into health nor did you really want to learn or keep up with it .. why would you want to be apart of business opportunities that depended on you being able to talk, live, and breathe health? Now it is not that drastic, but you get the idea. Find something your PASSIONATE about and willing to learn more .. thats what has made us our success so far in our home based businesses.
